Negotiating the Sale When it comes to selling
your property it is important to have a capable negotiator on your side.

Managing Offers and Contracts The agent for a buyer will typically prefer to present the offer directly to us, with you, the seller, present. Once we have reached an agreement with a buyer, the sale will remain "pending" in escrow until all the terms of the agreement are completed. This typically takes 30 days.
